7. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Combine cheeses in small bowl. Rinse baking sheet with cold water; do not dry. Place 1 dough piece on lightly floured surface. Press a quarter of the cheese mixture evenly over surface of dough with rolling pin. Sprinkle lightly with paprika.

Using a pastry wheel, cut sixteen 7 x '/2-inch strips. Keeping 1 inch of dough strip flat at each end, twist each strip 4 times. Place strips on prepared baking sheet; gently press flat ends to sheet. Bake until puffy and light brown, 10. to 12 minutes. Remove strips carefully from baking sheet with spatula; cool completely on wire rack. Repeat with remaining dough pieces, cheese mixture and paprika. Store Cheese Straws in airtight tins up to 2 days. To prepare as gift, neatly bundle in plastic wrap and tie with ribbon. Stand upright in deocrative tin or basket.
