My family and I were also somewhat- concerned by the news that Rappahannock County would be the host for 9,000 drop-in guests from Washington, D.C., in the event of a nuclear emergency.
While we want to do our part, we do ask State Emergency Planner Charles Kidder, and those superpowers whose actions may cause the “visit”, to give us at least two weeks notice of the need for the country outing. And if it is not too much trouble, could you also provide us with the names, ages, and interests of those who would be staying with us?
