Pursuant to the provisions of a deed of trust executed by Foxfire Limited Partnership, a Maryland Limited Partnership, to Douglas K. Baumgardner and Charles D. Barrel!, Trustees, said deed of trust being dated May 11, 1979and recorded May 11, 1979 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 132, at Page 37, to secure the payment of certain debts therein described, default having been made in said deed of trust by virtue of a violation of the conditionsimposed therein authorizing the holder of the notes to declare the entire indebtedness due and payable, the undersigned, Douglas K. Baumgardner and Charles D. Barrel!, will offer for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder or bidders, at the front door of the Court House in Washington, Virginia on Saturday, April 9, 1983 at 11:00 A M all those certain tracts or parcels of land, with all buildings and improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate, lying and being in Hampton Magisterial District, in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, and designated as Tract 1, containing 89 5708 acres and Tract 2 (Parcel G), containing 25.0000 acres, as shown on plat of survey of V H & D, Inc. by Richard H. Vogel, C L.S., dated December 9, 1977, revised October 31, 1978, and recorded in Plat Book 2, at Page 95 of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and being more particularly described by deed dated May 11, 1979 and recorded May 11, 1979 in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 132, page 34 of said Clerk’s Office.

In addition to fronting on U S. Highway 211, this property includes a right of way fifty (50) feet wide from U S. Routes 211-522 to Parcel G of the property.

This property is the same in all respects as was conveyed to Foxfire Limited Partnership by deed of Mary S. VanBrederode, et als, dated May 11, 1979 and recorded May 11, 1979 in the Clerk's Office of'the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
