Wild Life Plantings. Several species can provide wild life food and cover. Crops such as sorghum, German millet, sunflowers, cowpeas, Korean or kobe lespedeza, and buckwheat make excellent wild life plantings. For additional information, contact your local SCS office for a copy of Wildlife Food and Cover Plantings for set-aside or conservation use acres.
