On the slope training was supplemented with video-feedback. Throughout January and February, and into the first week of March, the team raced every weekend.
In recreational racing, team member Douglas Voeks and his brother Wynn, a former Wakefield racer now at Mary Washington College, won the regional Equitable Life Assurance Family Ski Challenge and an expense-paid trip to the Equitable National Championships in Vail, Colorado.
