WSA chairman Carson Johnson noted that in past years, the Health Department has been very active regarding Sperryville, both
in enforcement of health regulations that resulted in closure of several businesses due to health hazard and in support of continuing efforts to secure federal and state grant funds. Based on that past performance, the WSA expected that everything necessary from the Health Department would be forthcoming, Johnson said.
