On Committee
James W. Fletcher III, Sperryville attorney, has been named to the Outstanding Virginian Committee chaired by D. French Slaughter of Culpeper.
The purpose of the committee is to honor a Virginia citizen who has made a distinguished and significant contribution to the Commonwealth. The first recipient will be announced by April 15 and award made May 21 at the Northern Virginia 4-H Educational Center in Front Royal.

Smith, Virginia General Assembly delegate ami owner of Shenandoah Foods in Winchester; Mrs. Julie Stewart, 4-H adult volunteer leader in Fairfax and Mrs. Rosemary Trible, Jr., wife of Virginia’s U.
