The wedding of Beverly Fay Racer, daughter of Mrs. Alice Racer of Washington and the late James C. Racer, Sr., to Donald Ray Burke, son of Mr. and Mrs. John K. Burke, Jr., also of Washington, took place at 1 o’clock on Saturday, April 16, 1983, at Gid Brown Bible Church in Washington.
The Rev. John K. Burke, Jr. performed the double ring ceremony. Miss Judy Burke, sister of the groom, played the wedding music.
