You’ve often heard the admonition “Read contracts carefully and completely before signing.” , We’d like to change that to “Read and UNDERSTAND contract before signing.” For example, if a certain three words appear on that contract don’t even touch that pen before doing some checking.
The words are “restrictions of record,” and if you sign that contract you have to take the title subject to any restriction, no matter how unusual it may be.
