Susan and Bill Cameron of Sperryville have mounted a legal challenge to Pot Ed’s upgrading the existing line without additional compensation to landowners. Their suit has been argued in court and Circuit Judge Shore Robertson, who has taken the case under advisement, is expected to issue a ruling some time within the next month.

Del. Guest, Rappahannock County’s representative in Virginia’s House of Delegates, was at the Camerons’ hilltop home Friday evening to view the power line improvements for himself and to talk with local landowners.
