And at the climax of the evening, when Julian Brown pinned the Miss Rappahannock banner on winner Kristi Foster, he pinned a piece of Kristi along with it.
But despite the minor mishaps, it was another successful evening, both for the
young ladies and pint-sized gentlemen and for the Sperryville Rescue Squad which depends on the beauty pageant to raise most of its operating revenue.
