Parents of school age children are reminded that on July 1, 1983, the law concerning school immunization records changed. Children’s school health records now must clearly show that the following immunizations were received:
—DPT - three shots
—POLIO - three oral or four shots
—RED MEASLES (Rubeola) - one shot administered on or after one year of age. (dates - month and year)
—GERMAN MEASLES (Rubella) - one shot administered on or after one year of
