Miss Sharon Dodson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Dodson of Staunton earned her masters degree in Sociology from James Madison College. She graduated from William and Mary College, Williamsburg with a bachelors degree. Sharon is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Gentry.
Miss Joyce Walker of Arlington spent some time last week with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Moe Walker.
Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Donaldson of Martinsburg, W. Va., Mr. and Mrs. Willie Potter and Mr. and Mrs. Ted Rogers of Harpers Ferry, W. Va., Mrs. Martha Jenkins, Mr. and Mrs. Randolph Jenkins and Mr. and Mrs. William Coppedge of Etlan were in town on Saturday for the firemen’s carnival.
