Tom Campbell says as soon as he heard that the school board was seeking a new assistant superintendant, he decided to apply for the job. Campbell was assistant principal at the elementary school since November, 1981.
Remembering the moment, he says, “I thought it was something I could handle and that it would give me a chance to grow professionally and personally.”
