Miss Sallie Lillard visited with Mrs. Geneva Cubbage at Stanley last Monday. They also visited Mrs. Kathleen Cubbage and with Mrs. Frances Painter at Shenandoah. Kevin Kinsey of Front Royal was an overnight guest last Wednesday of Miss Lillard.
Mr. and Mrs. Carl Howell and family of Madison Heights spent a couple days last week with Mrs. Paul Miller.
Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Pullen of Virginia Beach were Saturday overnight guests of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Welch.
Roland Welch entered the Warren Memorial Hospital on Friday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Dodson and Sharon of Staunton were Saturday guests of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Gentry.
Mr. and Mrs. Russell Nicholson and Shane of Cedarville were weekend visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Grady Vest.
Mrs. Edward Welch returned to her home last week after being a patient at Warren Memorial Hospital for surgery. She was taken back to the hospital on Saturday but was released the same day.
Mr. and Mrs. Harlan Jones and daughter, Faith of Cedar Rapids, Iowa arrived on Friday to spend a few days with Mrs. Jones’ mother, Mrs. Moffett Brady. Mrs. Libby Bolton of New Baltimore visited her mother several days last week.
