After a brief recess, citizens listed their concerns and offered opinions on what should be basic to the education of Rappahannock youngsters. High school principal Robert Chappell, assistant superintendant Tom Campbell, school board chairman Beverly Massie, and 17 local residents spoke before the meeting’s conclusion.
Tim Breedlove placed special education at the top of the list. He spoke for a professional parents’ group that hopes to start handicapped training work sites in the county. The program would work with people from junior high through adult education.
