Mr. and Mrs. William B. Weaver of Castleton announce the engagement of their daughter Delia Anne to Kenneth M. Hoeffel Jr., son of Mrs. Kenneth M. Hoeffel of Chevy Chase, Md., and the late Admiral Hoeffel.
Miss Weaver attended Sullins College, George Mason College and Radford University. She is employed by the Virginia Thoroughbred Association in Warrenton.
Mr. Hoeffel, a graduate of Emory and Henry College, is associated with Paine, Webber, Jackson and Curtis in Silver Spring, Md.
An October wedding at Evinroux is planned.
