NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 7:30 P.M. in the Courthouse building, Washington, Virginia on Wednesday, August 17, 1983 at which time the Planning Commission will consider the following described amendment to Article Two (2) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973: "No Portion or Provision of this ordinance shall prohibit a Government agency from parking a trailer on Government property for the sole and express purpose of providing medical or dental services." The above named applicant and any other interested parties wishing to be heard are requested to be present at the said time and place or to forward their written comments to the Planning Commission. Copies of the foregoing amendment are on file at the Zoning Office, which is open Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 a m. to 4:30 p.m., Telephone, 675-3424 This notice is being published once a week for two successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Rappahannock.
