Mrs. Bischoff and the rescue squad members hope the course will help increase lifesaving knowledge around Rappahannock and help more citizens learn how to react in case of emergency so they can cope until the rescue squad arrives.

Rappahannock County High School’s harriers will begin cross country practice on August 10 at 6 p.m.
Anyone who wishes to participate in cross country but is unable to come to the high school at this time should notify coach Ann Spieker at 987-8836.
