Sheriff and Mrs. W. A. Buntin returned home last Monday after spending two weeks at Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts.

Mrs. Arne Olsen left on Saturday for her home at Concord after spending a week here with her mother, Mrs. E. M. Jones.

Mr. and Mrs. Nick Peneranda of Griffinsburg spent Wednesday with J. Stant Weaver. Mark Peneranda of Manassas spent Sunday afternoon with his grandfather, Mr. Weaver.

Sunday luncheon guests of Mrs. L. J. Turner were the Rev. and Mrs. Frank Cale and Miss Elizabeth Hale from the Virginia Baptist Home in Culpeper.

Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Fairfax were Sunday evening dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. E. S. Cortright and Mrs. Carrie Long in Marshall.

Mrs. Conoly Bedell, Katherine and Virginia of Fort Smith, Ark. spent several days last week with Mrs. Bedell’s grandmother, Mrs. W. M. Fletcher.

Mr. and Mrs. Kermit Weakley spent from Friday until Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Marcel Pfalzgraf at Fairview Beach. Other guests included Mr. and Mrs. Guy Shepherd of Lorton, Mr. and Mrs. William Timms of Placid Bay and Mrs. Jesse Curtis of Occoquan.
