CM Sgt. and Mrs. William A. Moore, Jr. and William A. Moore, III of Hickam Air Force Base, Honolulu, Hawaii spent the Christmas holiday with Mr. Moore’s mother, Mrs. W. A. Moore.
Spending Christmas Day in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Walter J. Curtis were Miss Robin Kress and W. J. Curtis of Columbia, Md., Mrs. Julia Curtis of Front Royal, Mrs. Anna Curtis, Sue and Jack Sturgill and children, Bill and Michelle of Fairfax.
Mrs. Robert Nethers returned to her home last Wednesday after spending a month with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Dennis at Jackson, South Carolina. The Dennis family accompanied her home and spent a week returning to their home on Wednesday.
They were joined on Christmas Day by Mrs. Bob Lewis of Huntly, Charles Corder, Jr. and Karen and friend, John, all of Front Royal, Deborah Dennis of Huntly, Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Nethers, George and Sissy of Stephens City, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Dennis of Jackson, S. C., Mr. and Mrs. F. I). Coffey, Jr., Mr. and Mrs. Frank Coffey and Daniel, Mr. and Mrs. Ranny Ay lor and Heather and Clyde Lillard.
Mrs. Paul Miller spent the Christmas holiday with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Howell and family at Madison Heights.
Miss Sallie Lillard spent the Christmas holiday with Mr. and Mrs. Rick Kinsey and family at Front Royal.
Christmas Day dinner guests of Mrs. Wade Pullen were Mr. and Mrs. Doug Bywaters and Cindy, Mr. and Mrs. Dougie Bywaters, Mr. and Mrs. David Bywaters and Jennifer, Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Butler, Todd and Daniel.
Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Gentry spent Saturday and Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Dodson and family at Staunton. They attended the Dodson family dinner at the Salem fire hall on Monday.
Mr. and Mrs. Michael Vest and Curtis and Mr. and Mrs. Nick Anoia of Virginia Beach spent from Sunday until Tuesday with Mrs. Christine Vest and Mrs. John S. Dodson. Joining them on Christmas Day were Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Vest of Woodville and Mr. and Mrs. Grady Vest and family.
Bennie Burke of Phoenix, Arizona spent Monday here with his sister, Mrs. Guy Foster, Sr. and Betty.
W. A. Gentry entered the Veterans Hospital at Martinsburg, West Virginia on Monday.
