ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED, that all possible PARTIES UNKNOWN having an interest in all of that certain tract of land which Manuel Newman and Alsmda Newman died seized and possessed of are made parties defendant and said persons are made parties defendant by a general description of "UNKNOWN PARTIES," as follows:

and it is therefore further
ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that Pearl Green Mungy, if she be living, and any of said unknown heirs, devisees, or successors in title, if any such there be. and'or any unknown parties having an interest in the lands Manuel Newman and Alsinda Newman died seized and possessed of. whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, do appear on or before February 13. 1984 and do what is necessary to protect their interest
It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock. Virginia, within ten (10) days after the entry of this Order of Publication, that the Clerk post an attested copy of this order at the front door of the Court House and that the Clerk further prepare a certificate of said facts and file same in the papers of this cause
