INVITATION TO BIDDERS
Sealed proposals for the provisions of meals for prisoners to be incarcerated in the Rappahannock County Jail Facility for the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, will be received by the County of Rappahannock at the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, until 2:00 P.M., January 1,1984.
Details may be obtained by bidders from the office of the Sheriff, Rappahannock County, Virginia at the Court House, Washington, Virginia.
The low bidder may withdraw a bid submitted in good faith, because of a clerical error discovered therein, by giving notice in writing to the County within two (2) days of the opening of bids in accordance with Section 11-54 of the Virginia Public Procurement Act
The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to accept any proposal which it may deem to be to its best interest, and to waive any informalities in Bidding.
