Virginia. on September 12. 1980, in Deed Book 136 at Page 549. default having been made in the payment of the debt secured therby and having been requested to do so by the holder of the said indebtedness, the undersigned Substituted Trustees, having been appointed by Deed of Appointment recorded among said land records, on November 15. 1983. will offer for sale 'as is at public auction at the front door of the Rappahannock County Courthouse, Gay Street, in Washington, Virginia at 11:00 o'clock A M , on Thursday the 26th day of January 1984 the following described property with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in Rappahannock County. Virginia and being more particularly described as follows: 4T/2 acres known as the Gray Tract' located in the Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, more particularly described in a Deed whereby Earl M Berry, the party of the first part, acquired the land from James W Fletcher, Trustees and by deeds from others recorded January 4, 1978 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, reference being made to the same and to the survey description therein for a more complete and accurate description of said land and appurtenances.
