The accident happened just east of Route 729 at Ben Venue at approximately 1:45 a.m., Baines reports. Approximately $600 worth of damage was caused to Frye’s automobile, a 1974 Ford.
The Amissville rescue squad transported Frye to the Fauquier Hospital.
