Elementary school computers have arrived and the Rappahannock computer planning committee has come up with a plan to teach all students from second to twelfth grades some measure of computer skills.
The eight new computers, presently on display for public inspection in the elementary school library, will be available formally to classes starting in January, according to Assistant Principal Mike Cotter.
“We’ve ordered mobile desks so that they can go anywhere they’re needed individually as well as being grouped together in a lab setting,” Cotter explained. He added that as yet there is no satisfactory way to either stem or use all eight new computers at mice.
