No block grants. Washington won’t score enough points to garner block-grant funding of a water-destribution system, Gary Fuller, regional planner for Planning District 9, told Council.
Mr. Fuller, who outlined blockgrant potential for the town in July, said because the town would not be providing a new service it would be difficult to qualify this year.
