Approval of 3’ x 4’ sign. Robert Dunphy, pastor of the Family Worship Center in Washington requested permission to disDlav a 3’ x 4’ “brown and tan" sign announcing the location and schedule of worship services of the new Worship Center, located in Washington’s old schoolhouse.
The only concern about the sign expressed by council members was its proposed location. Dunphy said he would place the sign wherever Council approved.
