Third finishers in the men’s 25-29 years, 30-34 years and 35-39 years divisions also will be given trophies, as will overall men’s and women’s winners. The trophies are sponsored by Telaco.
Refreshments will be served after the race, which involves running on mostly flat, fast and out-and-back surfaces. The race will begin at 10 a.m.
Runners can register from 8:309:45 a.m. after paying a $9 registration fee the day of the race. Advance registration fees are $7. Checks are payable to the Northern Virginia 4-H Educational Center.
Peoples Bank of Front Royal is sponsoring the race.
