That attempted compromise apparently did not sway the Dellingers from challenging the location of the shelter.
“While this matter can hopefully be resolved to everyone’s satisfaction,” the letter states, “The Dellingers have been advised that an appeal of the zoning administrator’s decision to issue the building permit must be filed by Nov. 15. If the board fails to act on their request...our clients will have no alternative but to pursue other remedies to protect their rights.”
