The F & M National Corporation of Winchester, a bank holding company, and the Virginia Capital Bank of Richmond have jointly announced that negotiations have been entered into for the affiliation of the Virginia Capital Bank with the Winchester company.

The Fauquier, Fredericksburg, and Piedmont Board of Realtors, Inc., in cooperation with Germanna Community College will be offering a real estate salesperson’s license preparation course.
The class will be held at the Germanna campus on Route 3 West in Locust Grove from Nov. 15 - Nov. 20.
The course costs $35.50 for Virginia residents, plus $15 for the texts, which are Virginia Real Estate Licensing Exam, Vol. I and II.
