To the editor:
There are a lot of things in Rappahannock County that need improving, like the fact that the safety on school buses isn't too good..
I think the safety of the children is very important. It is one thing to be late for school because your bus would not start, but another, and I might add frustrating, that when you do get on the bus, it is freezing cold. Why? For one, some of the windows won’t go up because they get stuck, another is the heater only puts out enough heat for the first two seats. So do you think you would like to get up in the morning to do this?
