Washington Rescue Squad
met Thursday and reorganized under the name Rappahannock Rescue Squad. A 1961 Ford station wagon, fully equipped for use as an ambulance, was ordered and delivery is expected this week. A loan had been secured for purchase of the ambulance.
Lyle Updike, son or Mr. and Mrs. John B. Updike of Washington, placed second high individual at the Interstate 4-H Club Livestock Judging Contest. Also, Updike was Rappahannock's representative on the state team, which won first place honors.

Ramblers will play for a squjp^ dance to benefit the Sperryville Fire Department.
