There is another thing to consider, the fact that every bus driver and child should wear a seat belt. Why? Because you would avoid more accidents that way, not the school bus itself, but the children riding it. What’s the first thing you are going to hit if the driver slams on his or her brakes? Answer, the metal bar that is on the seat in front of you. Not too good. What do you think?
I know it would cost a lot of money, but when it comes to the safety of our children, I think it is worth it.
