Dodson joins
library staff
The Rappahannock Library recently announced the appointment of Miss Cynthia Dodson, of Sperryville, as assistant to the librarian.
Dodson, a native of the county, graduated from Rappahannock County High School in June, 1985 as class valedictorian with a 4.0 average. She was an active member of the National Honor Society, Future Business Leaders of America, Future Homemakers of America, the Merit Club, and volleyball team.
For three summers, Dodson was a summer youth employee in the high school office, where she also worked as a student aide during study hall. Most recently, she had a temporary job in the county Treasurer's Office.

More than 74 delegates and their spouses from Ruritan Clubs in the Rappahannock District of Ruritan National held its annual convention Nov.2 at the 4-H Education Center, Front Royal.
District leaders elected for 1986 and installed by Ervin Miles, 1984 President of Ruritan National, are: Ray Willingham, Sumerduck Club, District governor and Joe Hulver, Stonewall District, It. governor.
