Kathryn Elizabeth Hoffman and Charles Edward Gwyn were married Saturday, October 3 at the Woodstock Christian Church.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Milton S. Hoffman Jr. of Woodstock and the groom is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Gwyn of Woodstock.
The Rev. Warren Brubaker performed the double ring ceremony. The organist was Mrs. Bonnie Williams of Flint Hill and the vocalist was Jean Racey of Edinburg.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a floor length white satin gown featuring a fitted bodice of lace accented with seed pearls and sequins, a satin cumberbund and cathedral train. She wore a band of satin flowers and pearls with tiers of illusion and carried a bridal bouquet of Gerber daisies, button mums, alstromaria lilies and ferns.
Maid of honor was Harriet Hoffman of Richmond, friend of the bride. Matron of honor was Betsy Bushong, sister of the bride, and bridesmaid was Debi Shipp of Front Royal, friend of the bride. They wore a salmon dropped waist tea
