“Whoever is elected this November will have to listen to all the peor pie, not just the people of his district,” said the incumbent chairman who is unopposed. “My phone is always there,” he told the residents of the other four magisterial districts. “You can always give me a call.”

Should land application of sludge be allowed in Rappahannock County? “We had several hearings on this, and the reason we don’t allow it is because the citizens were opposed ... If people should change their minds, there’s a good chance that sludge could be spread in Rappahannock County.”
