The Washington Water Authority reminds residents that temporary water ; shutoffs during maintenance on the * * system's supply lines are preceeded by the : sounding of the town's fire siren. Work is being done this, week, and- water was shut off to homes and businesses in the town for several hours during the day Monday and Tuesday.
