Barbecued Onions Makes 3 cups 1 cup ketchup 3-4 cup water 1/4 cup cider vinegar 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon celery seed 1/4 teaspoon hot red-pepper sauce 3 cups sliced yellow onions In a saucepan, place all ingredients except onions and heat to boiling. Lower heat and cook 4 minutes. Add onions and cook 3 minutes more. Cool to room temperature, cover and refrigerate.
