Farm fun at
farm show
Many family fun activities will be available to all family members on Sunday afternoon, May 21. The Farm Fun Day will be held from 1-5 p.m. on that day at the Culpeper Agricultural Enterprises on Route 29 South.
The Culpeper-Madison-Rappahannock Farm Show Board has planned a variety of activities for area families. Some of the events will be carnival-like games for children, a quilting demonstration, a greased pig chase for small children, a petting zoo, a meadow muffin toss, a bake sale, a photo booth where a picture can be taken with a lamb and many other activities, games and demonstrations.
The Orange County doggers will perform from 3 to 4 p.m.
Some games and activities will have a small charge but there will not be a gate fee.
All proceeds will g0 to support the C-M-R Farm Show which will be held in July. For more information call the Extension office at 675-3619
