Are you tired of the same old song-and-dance?
Well, Crockett Park, two miles off Rt. 28 in Fauquier County, has planned something different for its second annual “Birthday Bash” on June 4. Anthea, of “Bellydance By Anthea,” will perform at 4 p.m. in the Waterside Ampitheatre that comfortably seats 300 in a beautiful lakeside setting.
Showing up at birthday parties is nothing new for Anthea, but she said “instead of a bellygram. I’ll be doing a complete Oriental dance show.” What's Oriental dance? “That’s what a lot of dancers call it now since the belly plays such a small role in the whole dance,” she explains.
