Investigator J.E. Hall, Virginia

State Police, will speak on the dangers and effects of narcotics on May 22 at Rappahannock County High School. The program will begin at 8 p.m. and will also include a fdm strip.' Parents are urged to attend the meeting, and anyone interested is invited to attend the program that is sponsored jointly by the school and the Rappahannock Jaycees.

Staff Sergeant William A. Moore, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. William A. Moore of Flint Hill has graduated with honors from the U.S. Air Force Noncommissioned Officer Leadership School at Myrtle Beach AFB, S.C. Sergeant Moore received the Speech Award for outstanding public speaking.
