Thanks to the installation of the new switching system, Washington one-party, residential customers will have Call Waiting and Call Forwarding added to their phone lines on May 27 for a 30-day free trial.
As a result of the 30-day Call Waiting free trial, one-party, residential customers will begin hearing “beeps” from their phones anytime they’re on the phone and someone else attempts to call them.
Call Waiting uses a beep tone from the receiver to alert customers that they have another call waiting
Customers may call their Centel business office to order any of the Custom Calling features. Special package rates are available for Customer Calling features ordered two, three or four at a time.
