dry yeast in any of your favorite recipes. But for even more time savings, follow these quick mix steps:
• Set aside 1 cup all-purpose flour from the total amount. Mix remaining flour or flours and other dry ingredients for the dough, including the fast-rising yeast in large bowl.
• Heat butter, margarine, or oil and other liquid ingredients, except the eggs, until hot to the touch - 125-130 degrees (most meat thermometers register 130 degrees if you choose to be exact).
• Stir hot liquids into dry mixture.
• Mix in eggs, if required.
• Mix in enough of the flour set aside in Step 1 for desired batter or dough consistency.
