Congratulations to local artist Deborah Cass Hoffman who has created a collector’s plate for Walker’s United Methodist Church in Madison. A photo and article were featured in the Culpeper News March 15 issue. Three of her miniature oil paintings of local scenes have been chosen for the Twentieth International Exhibition of the Miniature Art Society of New Jersey which will be held in New York City April 22-May 4. Although her studio is located in Rixeyville, some of her paintings may be seen in the Southern Drawl Artworks in Sperryville and at the School House Restaurant and Gallery in Flint Hill.
