Thomas V. Williams Jr. has been appointed director of the Rappahannock County office of the Virginia Cooperative Extension Service. The appointment was announced last week by Dr. John S. Huddleston, district director of the Extension Service.
Mr. Williams has served in the capacity of acting county director since June, 1989 when the former director, Home Extension Agent Sandra Richardson, transferred to the Virginia Beach office.
