As the regular school year comes to a close, youth and adults may be looking for ways to continue learning during the summer months. Virginia Cooperative Extension provides a variety of experiences through the 4-H camping program held throughout the summer at the Northern Virginia 4-H Educational Center outside Front Royal.
“The camping experience is one of the ways of creating community living providing choices that focus on self esteem and constructive leadership for youth,” said John Dooley, the center’s director.
