GUESS THE WEIGHT of Okha the elephant, star of Franzen Bros. Circus, and win a free family pass to the circus on Tuesday, May 15 at the Washington Volunteer Fire Department. All children are eligible to enter. Guesses should be delivered to the Rappahannock News office in Washington by 5 p.m. Monday. The three closest guesses will receive family passes to the circus. Winners will be notified by telephone Monday evening.
