Top state and district transportation officials will conduct a public hearing on the 1991-92 fiscal year interstate, primary and urban highway construction allocations in Culpeper on Thursday, April 11.

The hearings will be held in the Culpeper district auditorium, 1601 Orange Rd., in Culpeper, beginning at 10 a.m.

Attending will be Secretary of Transportation John G. Milliken, Commissioner of Transportation Ray D. Pethtel and members of the Commonwealth Transportation Board, among other state and district transportation officials.
