*SEE IMPORTANT NOTE BELOW DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Conducts reviews of monthly sample financial assistance program cases to assess compliance with laws, regulations and policies in the determination of eligibility and payment levels. Maintains expertise irr the guidelines of at least two of three financial assistance programs (Medicaid, ADC, and Food Stamps) and two sets of federal Quality Control procedures. Prioritizes, schedules and performs duties in order to comply with established deadlines; investigates and verifies eligibility factors and client circumstances related thereto. Accesses computer files and other information as necessary to complete reviews in an accurate and timely manner.
